Lead management and account targeting framework
Unified lead scoring, prospecting, account targeting, comp planning, and Stage Zero Opportunity tracking so Marketing, BDR, and Sales could align on prioritization and downstream pipeline measurement.
Cross-functional data hygiene and platform savings
Led a governance initiative that removed 400,000+ records, cut the marketing database by 30%, and saved ~$80K on Marketo renewal while aligning Privacy, Sales Ops, BI, Salesforce, and Finance.
Audience governance and performance improvement
Rebuilt segmentation around 100+ standardized audience lists across geography, account targeting, and demographics, reducing bounce rate by 73% and unsubscribes by 19%.

Alert stream consumer + anomaly explorer
A data pipeline that consumes the ANTARES astronomical alert stream in real time, filters for anomaly candidates from Rubin/ZTF survey data, persists them to SQLite, and serves them through a Flask web interface for exploration.
Data harvesting + web application
A full-stack Flask application that harvests personal best lap times from Assetto Corsa game files, parses and normalizes the data, and surfaces it through a web UI with per-car and per-track views, split analysis, and Steam OAuth auth.
